Fighting Global Poverty
Sindhu Ravishankar became a Caldwell Fellow in spring 2008, but her commitment to improving the world began much earlier. An aspiring doctor, Sindhu raised funds and collected eye glass frames for her "Vivid Vision" project, which earned her a Global Action Award.
