On-campus Interviews

On-campus interviews can be a very convenient and effective way to meet NC State students for your internship and job opportunities. We invite you to use the ePACK system to create and manage the details of your interviews.

• Request an interview date in ePACK: www.ncsu.edu/epack/employer
  Choose "Interview Schedules" then " New Schedule Request"
  Refer to the recruiting calendar when selecting your date
• Receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours

Tips for successful on-campus interviews

• Review helpful tips in the Employer Guide to ePACK.
• Ask recent NC State hires to help advertise on campus.
• Conduct a resume search to invite students to apply for your interview.
• Advertise through targeted student organizations and student media.
• Make your contact information visible in ePACK so students can contact you.
• Consider scheduling an information session.
