Interview Attire
Your appearance is your first impression. While attire in some fields is more casual than others -- attire for interviews is professional and on the conservative side. Choosing appropriate attire will help you feel comfortable in the presence of employers and confident that you are making a great first impression!

Traditional
Traditional interviewing attire is expected for students who are graduating this year.
Men:
Dark conservative suit with white (or light color) long sleeved shirt, with well coordinated tie. Dark socks to match slacks, dark (polished) shoes.
Women:
Dark conservative suit (slacks or skirt) with tailored top or a classic style dress. Dark shoes, natural color stockings with dress or skirt, dark socks to match slacks. Low to medium heel shoes, polished. Conservative accessories.

Business casual
Business casual is one notch down from traditional attire and is acceptable for interns and co-ops. It is also appropriate for all students attending information sessions, receptions, and social events hosted by employers.
Men:
Slacks with or without coordinating jacket, long sleeved shirt, with or without tie.
Women:
Dark slacks or skirt with tailored shirt or sweater.
