Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003 (recommended for 2007 also)
Patch your operating system and run the Outlook Time Zone Data Update tool -- (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e343a233-b9c8-4652-9dd8-ae0f1af62568&DisplayLang=en)
This tool will adjust locally stored data for meetings which were created on an unpatched Windows workstation. Recommended that the tool be run immediately after patching the local OS (may require reboot first). To minimize confusion regarding which meetings times may need updating, it is best to print a copy of your schedule for the 4 weeks of the DST extended period (3/11/07-4/1/07) before patching and running the tool; verify times afterward.
