Welcome to the Blueberry Growers Information Portal. This website is designed as a one-stop shop to provide commercial growers, home gardeners and Extension agents with comprehensive information about blueberries, including management, production, weather and marketing materials. Special thanks to the N.C. Rural Center and the Agricultural Advancement Consortium for support in the development of this resource.
The purpose of this survey is to gather information from blueberry growers to assess the impact of mummy berry and green spot diseases on the production of fresh-packed blueberries in North Carolina. The goal is to use this information to better understand these diseases and conduct research aimed at improving the quality and marketability of fresh-packed blueberries.
Bill Cline contributes to the blueberry industry through research and Extension efforts. He has been involved in screening new varieties for disease resistance as well as developing disease management programs.
