Growers across the state of N.C. are being been trained by N.C. Cooperative Extension agents using, Fresh Produce Safety – Field to Family Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) Training Curriculum. The tiered educational program, consisting of nine training modules, teaches growers how to minimize food safety risks. The GAPs Trained Grower Directory is a database of producers who have completed one or more training tiers.
