College of Natural Resources Programs
The mission of the College of Natural Resources is to encourage the development and implementation of sustainable natural resource practices. More than 1,000 undergraduate students have chosen academic majors in the College of Natural Resources Departments of Forestry and Environmental Resources, Forest Biomaterials, and Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. Specific study areas include natural resources economics, natural resources management, geographic information systems, forest ecology and management, fisheries and wildlife sciences, and environmental technology, among many other specialty areas.
