Join the "Facebook Phenomenon" Group

Are you interested in continuing the exploration of this topic with others? Then join our "Facebook Phenomenon" group on the Facebook website. It's actually a bit more cumbersome than we had hoped. Try one of the methods noted below. Please note that you must have a Facebook account in order to join the group.

Method #1

    1. If you haven't yet done so, create an account on Facebook.
    2. Once your account is created, login into your account.
    3. On the left side, click on the "My Groups" link.
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the "My Groups" page and search for the "Facebook Phenomenon" group.
    5. Once you find this group, then you can click on the "Join Group" link.
    6. Congratulations! You are now in the group. Post a message, invite others, ask questions, write on the wall...however you want to participate is great. We encourage you to let us know how your campus is responding to the online social networking phenomenon.

Method #2

    1. Send an email to Leslie Dare requesting to be a part of the group.
    2. Leslie will then use the "invite" function within the Facebook group to generate an invitation.
    3. You will receive an invitation to join the group.
    4. To join the group, you must have a Facebook account.
