Leaders of the Pack

Leaders of the Pack

In lieu of selecting a traditional Homecoming king and queen, NC State recognizes a pair of students who make outstanding contributions to NC State through the Leader of the Pack program. Finalists are selected based on grade-point average, essays and interviews as well as a student-body vote.  Elise Bullard ('11) and Matt Avery ('10) were named this year's winners, and were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

Law Fair

Students Take Law Into Their Own Hands

NC State offers a seemingly unlimited number of majors in helping its students prepare for life after college. From accounting to zoology, there's a degree program available to fulfill every dream. But for the more than 200 students who arrive on campus each year with ambitions of jurisprudence, pre-law support services are also in place – an invaluable resource that helps them gain admission into some of the nation's top law schools.
