Dogs of all shapes and sizes spent a recent Saturday lending a collective paw to their less-fortunate comrades, all while competing in a myriad of games at the 16th annual Dog Olympics. The student-run event helped raise approximately $4,000. |

During the last week of September, students from more than 20 campus organizations left the comforts of their apartments and residence halls behind and moved into a village of 16 sparse, wooden shacks strewn together on the NC State brickyard. |

Through the WE Recycle program, NC State football fans have pitched in about 4 tons of cans and bottles at every home football game this season – recyclables which would otherwise have ended up as parking-lot litter or sent to solid-waste disposal sites. |
