To nominate someone for the Editorial Board or the Review Board, please provide the following information. Each field must be completed before the form can be submitted. If a field does not apply, please type "N/A" in the appropriate box. When you have completed the information, click on the "Submit" button. The information will be sent as an e-mail message to Jacquelyn W. McClelland, Editor-in-Chief.





























If the nominee does not have a biographical sketch available on his or her home institution's Web site, please attach a short biographical sketch or CV in a separate e-mail message to ffci@ncsu.edu, and note in the box that a biographical sketch is being e-mailed separately. Please format the biographical sketch in Microsoft Word
