Troubleshooting Technical Problems

Q. How do I submit a question?
A. Instant Message your questions during the Webcast.

• AOL users should send questions to "ncsupackparents."

• Yahoo Messenger users should send questions to "packparents."

Simply follow the "add a buddy" instructions for whichever Instant Message software you use and type in the appropriate screen name.

Q.
I went to the webcast web site, but I don't see anything.
A. You may not see anything until the Webcast starts exactly at 7:00 p.m. Otherwise, make sure you have the right software to view the webcast.

Q. I sent a question, but it hasn't yet been posed to the panelists....what happened?
A. Questions are taken in order received. We may not get to all questions depending on the overall volume of questions. If we donot get to your, we will refer it to the respective panelist for a personal response.

Q. I can see the picture but can't hear anything.
A. Check the volume on your computer. Then check the volume control in QuickTime. If you still can't hear anything, send us a message and let us know. We'll confirm if everything is OK on our end.

Q. I can hear the Webcast, but can't see anything.
A. Try rebooting your computer and logging in to the web cast again. If the
problem persist, let us know so that we may check if the problem is on our end.

Q. The Webcast image on my computer
keeps "freezing."
A. Try closing the QuickTime window and opening the Webcast link again. If you continue to have trouble, send us an Instant Message, and we'll try to assist you. Otherwise, you may benefit more from watching the archive version of the program when it becomes available.
