Meet the Triangle Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Group!

We are a group of (mostly) postdocs that are interested in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. The purposes of the group are to facilitate discussions and to foster collaborations among early career ecologists and evolutionary biologists from different Universities and institutions across the Triangle region.

The Triangle_EEB group hosts a listserv where postdocs with interest in Ecology and Evolution share job announcements, seminars of interest, and other news pertinent to Ecology and Evolution. In 2014, we will be launching our first sponsored events: 1) in Spring 2014, we will host an IdeaFest (modeled on working groups at NCEAS and Nescent), where postdocs brainstorm new projects within and across their fields; we will also plan an Ecology and Evolution Research Symposium for early career biologists in Fall 2014.

For more information or to join the Triangle_EEB group, please add your name here:!forum/triangle_eeb_post-docs
