Honors Village Fellows
Honors Village Fellows serve as peer mentors to freshman residents living in the Honors Village. Fellows help facilitate the annual Village Orientation known as CORE, host events for their mentees in ‘family clusters,’ as well as offer advice and guidance for residents on everything from how to navigate campus to getting started in undergraduate research. Additionally, the Fellows facilitate the Honors Village Committees, which are described below.
Honors Village Committees
The Village has a number of student-led committees, which give residents the opportunity for engagement and leadership in the life of the community. For 2011-2012, there are four committees: Sustainability, Scholarship and Research, Extension and Engagement, and Cultural Enrichment. Committees are designed to help students put knowledge in action by becoming in engaged in issues that are meaningful to them.
