NC State is an excellent place for non-profit and NC State-affiliated groups to host conferences and workshops.
An excellent selection of guest services, activities, summer programs and facilities are available on campus and in the adjacent community. NC State's ideal location in the state capitol and as part of the Research Triangle places it in easy reach of a variety of major research institutes, libraries, educational centers, galleries and governmental agencies. This environment is enhanced by historical and cultural opportunities, ongoing sporting events, entertainment and recreational activities.

Assistant Director for Conference and Guest Services
Lynne has worked in event management over nine years with six years in Conference Services at NC State. With experience as both a large-scale event planner and a wedding planner, Lynne enjoys the fast-paced atmosphere conferences and events provide. Her favorite event to-date was playing hospitality manager on a charted plane to the island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Lynne practices the philosophy of task management and believes the customer is often right, but not always. Rather, there is always a satisfying solution that will work for all parties involved. Just like any relationship - compromise and compassion are key components to success. In her spare time, Lynne dabbles in photography and freelance graphic design.
Conference and Guest Services Manager
A Wake County native and graduate of Wake Forest University, Dylan has spent his professional career in the world of large-scale event management.Prior to joining NC State in the fall of 2013, Dylan spent nine years with Artsplosure, producing major multi-disciplinary arts festivals in downtown Raleigh and working alongside city and community leaders to help develop many of the cultural traditions that make Raleigh a great place to live, work and play. He is committed to ensuring that each individual guest, conference or camp participant realizes that Raleigh truly is one of the greatest cities in the country. When he's not delving into event logistics, he can be found exploring his culinary creativity in the kitchen or playing with his Siberian husky.
