Research Summary
Dr. Ozturk's research interests center around new materials, processes and device structures for nanoelectronics. His work includes fundamental research on low-temperature selective epitaxy of silicon compatible materials including Si, Si-Ge and Si:C and applications of these materials in novel device structures including nanoscale transistors, sensors and thermoelectric devices.
