Collaborative Authorship

Do you assign group projects? Do you work with other researchers to write grant proposals or journal articles? Have you heard of Google Docs or Zoho, but aren't really sure how you could use them? This session on Collaborative Authorship will discuss the possibilities of creating content in a secure environment online.

Participants must have a google ID, or be willing to sign-up for one in the beginning of the course. All classes are laptop based classes. If you cannot bring your own laptop, please contact bethany_smith@ncsu.edu to reserve one.

Do you want your students to make videos for your class? Do you want to make videos for your class? Come explore the tools available for Mac & PC for video editing. Then, share your videos using the College of Educations Video Server or Teacher Tube.

Wiki Webpages for you & your K-12 Students

Just what is a wiki anyway? How can I use it with my students? What wiki tools can my students use in their classroom? In this course we will cover the basics of Wolf Wikis, NC State's online wiki creator, as well as investigate other wiki programs available to your students.

Getting Started with Moodle for Teaching & Research
