Inkberry (Ilex glabra)
Inkberry is an evergreen shrub that may grow 5 to 10 feet tall. The leaves are alternate with a smooth or toothed margin. The bark is greenish brown and smooth. In early summer, small greenish white flowers mature. The shrub produces a black drupe that matures in the fall.
