All teaching faculty (and TA's) can access electronic class rolls for sections for which they are the instructor(s) of record. A Unity ID is required. University administrators with access to Administrative Computing Services (ACS) Sybase tables can access all departmental class rolls or obtain an administrative report using a Unity ID and password. Administrators who wish to have ACS Sybase access must submit an ASAP request. The Automated Security Access Process (ASAP) is an online procedure used for requesting access to University data via administrative applications. Access requests are entered into ASAP by initiators with department head, dean or vice chancellor authorization, and then automatically sent to the appropriate approving authorities. The initiator of the request is then notified when the access request is complete.

To access Scheduling Information, please refer to the scheduling website. To access Registered Student Information, please use your ACS Sybase ID.
