2010 Fall Semester Production Timeline and Scheduling Materials available on Scheduling website.

December 1, 2009 Scheduling access opens in SIS for Fall 2010 course entry. 2010 Fall course rollover printout available if needed for course planning.
By end of January, if possible Submit Request for Exceptions to approved time schedule and Special Topics Requests "due" to University Scheduling Office. Please use Non-Standard Meeting Time request form* and Special Topics Request form* located on the Scheduling website. *Both files in PDF.
December 15 Deadline for all Distance Education (DE) courses to be submitted to Katie Zawadzki.
February 15 - 19 Final Update Week. Review and check errors for your fall course data using the Schedule Error report in SIS. Checking now gives you a week to correct errors while your access is still open.
Friday, February 19 SIS Scheduling access close at 5:00p.m. Scheduling forms due by 5:00p.m. Preassignment*, Room Blockout Request*, and Footnote Message* forms must be submitted to the Scheduling Office by 5:00p.m. for processing. (Also, any remaining special topics requests or non-standard time forms.) *All files in PDF.
