CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order by Josh Bassett.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Hiring of Nubian Message editor

Tony Caravano moved that the board adjourn into executive session for the consideration of personnel matters. Motion seconded by Matt Middleton. Motion passed.

After discussion in executive session, Matt Middleton moved to approve the hiring of Aneisha Felton as co-editor of the Nubian Message. The motion passed with eight voting in favor and Robert White abstaining.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Student Media Advisory Board may adjourn into executive session to discuss matters of litigation, potential litigation or personnel. The board discussed the hiring of the Nubian Message editor.
