Women on Weights (Fee)
Taught by a nationally certified personal trainer, this is a new female-only fitness class that focuses on YOUR needs! This class will help you gain strength without the bulk in a non-threatening environment.

and lower back.
Boot Camp
Take your training outdoors for true sports conditioning with a variety of speed drills like running with parachutes. The resistance exercises will help push every muscle in your body and give you a total cardio-workout. This class is taught by a nationally certified personal trainer, this class combines traditional exercises, calisthenics and training drills to focus on developing strength, stamina and agility. (Held on Club Area A on Lower Miller Fields) **if weather is not permissible-class will not be held**
TurboKick
This interval based class created by Chalene Johnson is featured in over 20,000 different health clubs in the US and around the world. The workout combines shadow bocing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere.
Aqua Interval
Unique cardio and toning movements combine for a challenging workout! This
class features basic aqua cardio and sculpting moves in a timed interval
format.
Bosu Burn
An integrated cardio and strength training class with a twist! This class is designed to achieve balance, core strength, stability, and cardiovascular endurance using the BOSU® Balance Trainer.
Cardio Combo
A high-intensity cardiovascular workout that will keep you guessing. Exercises may range from choreographed floor aerobics, interval training, calisthenics and resistance training.
Cardio Dance
Come get your funk on while you burn calories! This class combines traditional cardio moves with dance choreography for a non-stop groove. Taught with easy progressions and modifications for all levels.
Fusion
Yoga and pilates come together to form this fusion class! This class utilizes the core coordination of pilates with the added flexibility of yoga to give you a great fused workout!
Group Strength
Get ready for a muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free-weight equipment, our instructors will lead you through a total body conditioning weight training program that will tone and define your body. Includes a light cardio warm-up and abdominal training at the end of class.
Hi-Energy
Feel your energy surge in this fun class that utilizes floor work choreography to pump you up and burn those calories! Chose high or low impact so you are always working at your own level.
Iron Mat
A pilates-inspired class that strengthens the entire body utilizing the abdominal, back, hip, and postural muscles.
Power Drills
A high-intensity class that combines aerobic and anaerobic activity to develop power and increase functional movement! Includes calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training for a total-body workout!
Progressive Postures
A yoga-inspired class that concentrates on moving meditations coordinated with deep breathing to integrate your body, mind, and spirit.
Raise the Bar
Push your muscles to the limit! A challenging class that utilizes barbells and focuses on strengthening your entire body. This class targets all major muscle groups by using basic weight -room exercises like squats, lunges, lifts, and curls. Your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
Rise, Shine, and Sweat
Be ahead of the game and get your workout while your friends are still
sleeping! Jump-start your metabolism and your day with this morning cardiovascular
workout that may include floor aerobics, interval training, step, cardioboxing,
and strength training exercises.

Looking to tighten those hips, thigh, and rock that bottom? This class is concentrated on strengthening and sculpting the lower body using weights, bands, steps, BOSUs, and resistance bands to get shape below the waist!

Welcome to the next level of cardioboxing! This fast-paced, action packed, high-energy class incorporates traditional boxing moves with strength training and cardio.
Yoga Flow
A yoga-inspired class with a flowing sequence of postures and poses designed to increase strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
Jump Rope
Burn calories with this classic workout with a new and funky twist! This class uses a jump rope for a challenging cardiovascular workout including strength intervals that will keep your heart rate jumping!
